Signing the natural gas supply contract

Based on Article 87 of Natural Gas Law No. 108 dated May 27, 2016, and point 5 of the Regulation for Natural Gas Supply, approved by ANRE Decision No. 113/2019 dated April 19, 2019, the supply of natural gas is carried out based on the natural gas supply contract concluded between the final consumer and the supplier, under the conditions stipulated by the current provisions.
